Tim & Ileana Ayers |
About Us:
Tim began playing piano for his Dad’s storefront church at age 10, in Grapevine,
Texas. While travelling with his uncle, at age 14, playing for camp meetings
around the country, the presence of the Lord came into his bedroom one night and
God called Tim Ayers to full time ministry. He vowed to the Lord that his life
would be solely used for ministry for the rest of his life. After 47 years of
preaching, playing, and singing all over the world, the vow has never been
broken.
Tim taught music and worship in college for 7 years; travelled extensively over
the United States with choirs and singing ensembles; operated a School of
Christian Music; began an international ministry primarily in Latin countries
and South Africa; served pastorally over the music department primarily at
Covenant Church for over 20 years; and ministered as an Apostle and mentor over
many churches around the world. Tim has written over 200 songs and many are
recorded and published by Lifeway, Brentwood-Benson, & Praise Gathering. The
song, “Here I Am, Lord” was recorded by the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and “What
a Wonderful Lord” was used in the children’s musical, Levite Genes. As an
emissary to the nations, Tim has founded and continues to serve as Apostolic
Overseer to numerous music teams and choirs throughout the United States and
many foreign countries. His passion is to inspire and develop a true heart of
worship in the body of Christ. Tim is the proud father to Andria and Aaron and
is now a grandparent or “Papa” to five beautiful grandchildren, Noah, Sallie,
Abby, Izak, and Alex.
On October 1, 2005, Tim married a beautiful woman in the person of Ileana Noel.
For over 15 years, Ileana served as the dance and drama director of Mundo de Fe,
the Hispanic Ministry of Covenant Church, in Dallas. She co-directed and
traveled with the production, “The Judgment Seat,” to many Latin nations and
witnessed thousands accepting Christ. She has two sons, Andres and Adriel.
Andres is currently serving in the US Marines.
After seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Tim and Ileana pursued the
creation and development of FLOW Academy. They share a passion for taking
musical and worship training to young worship warriors in foreign nations who
cannot afford the training otherwise, much less have the opportunity to study in
the United States. The ministry of FLOW Academy is based in Dallas, Texas.
